I purchased one of your products from Bed Bath and Beyond/Overstock

Coaster Furniture Adabella White / Chrome Metal Coffee Table - 51.00"W x 27.50"D x 18.00"H table. The table was cracked when I opened the package.

I contacted Bed Bath and Beyond/Overstock for a return/refund over two weeks ago.

When I finally got someone on the phone I was told they had to contact Coaster Furniture.

O would like to have this table returned and a refund back from them. I paid them and not you all I am not sure why they are trying to shift the responsibility onto Coaster Furniture.

I paid them 718.00 for the table and now I can not get a return label to get my refund back. HELP

Parts missing from order.

Purchased an ottoman from Amazon through coaster. We received the product and we're delighted with the overall however there's a package missing with all the assembly screws. I have been calling I got a text I got a receipt number, and to date have heard nothing from coaster. I I only get to one point with coaster that is they are working on it and investigating whether or not we should get our tools that are part of the purchase. I am not a happy camper.

I purchased what was thought to have been an upscale dining room set. Three of the chairs broke with people sitting in them, causing guests to crash to the floor. These guests weighed no more than 125 pounds. The store where I purchased the furniture has gone out of business. When I contacted Coaster directly asking to return the dining room set to them, the response was. Unfortunately, they can only send out replacement parts, and I will have to find someone to fix the furniture.

I told them im missing the entire pedestal leg and they only sent the post and screws. Still can not use the table after weeks and weeks.

Geronima was going to send me the final pieces a d then cancelled the next day.

Management was no help to order last pieces. Call bbb asap

They will not give me the information i nee the replace the missing parts. Dont care if i cant use the table i paid real money for.

Complained about not being able to use it and the agent would just stay quite on the line. Told me to throw it away instead of helping me. They have the parts but wont send it to me or tell me what the parts item numbers are. They are blaming amazon for losing it but to wasn't shipt by prime so Amazon is blaming them.

No can help me and it so upsetting that this company doesn't care. They have the replacement parts but wont send it to me even though they are supposed too according to their warranty. Bunch of lies. So sad because they have very nice modern furniture but horrible customer service.

I see other people have been receiving their items in pieces and they are lost.

Management literally doesnt care and would close the ticket in a second instead following their own guidelines. 1000% reporting to bbb

Purchased a dining table through amazon and it was the worst idea ive ever had. Only the table top arrived. Part a came alone.. i contacted amazon and they said it would come with another driver. After weeks of lying it never said arrive. I contacted the direct company and the only sent me the hardware and post. Still missing pieces of a $600 table. They transferred me again and repeatedly keep closing my ticket. One women said they would send me the last pieces and the next day they cancelled it. Horrible service.. they blamed amazona nd amazonblamea them.

Screw won't fit. Hole too small. I'm not mad just need guidance

The lower hole in part c of the left back rest is too small. The screw will not even go into the hole like the other 3. Thus you cannot countersink that screw and it won't go into the cushion back so that you can make it sturdy. When I called y'all you didn't act very concerned and told me that I would ruin the warranty. So I called Wayfair and they are requesting that part from y'all and I hope to get it and hope that the hole is drilled bigger and hope it is not a manufacturing problem that you have created yourselves yourself. c service

Absolute crap packaging

I bought a kitchen table made by this company through Wayfair. The four legs of the table were attached to the underside of the table with cords firmly stapled into the table itself. Removing them resulted in many holes, gouges, and broken, sharp staple ends sticking out. What sort of idiot would think this is an acceptable way to package a table? I paid over $400.

Broken furniture

Bought 6 dining chairs on rollers from Overstock. When I contacted Overstock my warranty was expired. So they told me to contact Coaster. My chairs were less than 3 yrs old but the damage i was having was manufactured errors. They would not even discuss it with me. I ordered 6 chairs and one was broken on arrival and was replaced by Overstock. Since that time, every chair has broken in the arms and the back support. These chairs rock back and turn. When rocking back the control on the bottom did not work consequently, the arms would be stressed and break. This was every chair, not just one or two. I have six broken chairs I paid $1200 and cannot use them because they are unsafe. I also had a guest fall over backwards because the chair was broken.

Holes drilled wrong size

I bought a Dark Walnut TV console #700647. The holes for the dowels were two different sizes. The side panels were 8x30mm and the top off the console was over 3/8". I tried to call the company dozens of times and their phone system is a total mess. If you requested a directory it hung up on you. Other extensions no answer. I called Atlanta, Dallas and California offices and it was the same thing. Cannot recommend doing business with this screwed up company that can't make its phones work.
